A hidden? Gem
Awesome game, slow, yes, but methodical. Most engagements, even 1:1 engagements are a waltz of attrition. There has been no game like this ever since (except maybe the 2nd one, the 3rd one is a bit too arcadey)

Great classic game
A great classic game, runs great on Windows 7 - 64 Bit and Dell laptop. Now just waiting for the sequel, SFC 2.

ST-C 1 is a great game/but broken.
A fan of the second and third instalment of this series, I picked this one up hoping for something similar. And it is basically a game very similar to the second one, with a bit older graphics, but the same solid gameplay. Well.... it would be, if it wasn't broken on modern systems. I have never been able to run it for one whole mission without it crashing. A shame.
