One of the best games in the best era of PC gaming. Sadly the series never continued with the original creators.

Arguably the greatest space adventure on PC, with tons of humor and memorable characters. You start in a nearly empty space-ship, but as the game progresses, you can upgrade it with many modules that affect the vessel's attributes. You can discover new stars, meet new alien races, wage wars, and boldly go where no man has gone before you. A truly exceptional exploration game that that has influenced the entire industry. While playing this gem, it's really fun to observe how many of its gameplay features were copied by modern AAA titles.

My Favorite Game
Star Control 2 is my favorite video game. It has an enthralling plot, fantastic ship to ship combat action inspired by Spacewar!, odd and unique alien races and an open galaxy that would take years of real life to explore. I have very fond memories of playing it in years past. I highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys video games with good writing or science fiction. Star Control 1 is an interesting but ultimately forgettable combination turn-based strategy and real time action combat. Buy this pack for its sequel!

True Great
One of the few truly great games in history. It doesn't need a major write up, this combat is worth every penny of 6 dollars. While the free remake is functional and has had several things added into it, only the original can be the true epic that it is.

StarCon 2-My most played game
IMHO StarCon 2 is my favourite game of all time. It's very witty, innovative & the soundtrack is the icing. I've played this game so many times over the years, it's my most cherished game. It has its frustrating moments but it is never boring & constantly surprising.

The best game ever
Star control 2 is best game i have ever played. And i have played a lot. I would be willing to pay 5000€ if i would get sequel to starcontrol and made by toys for bob. If you have missed this title buy it instatly play for an hour and you wount even notice that it doesnt have modern graphics, just let that world Suck you in its magical world.
