Gamecube Classic
This was one of my favourites on the Gamecube, along with Starfox Adventures and Metroid Prime. Great platforming, great atmosphere, great graphics, and fantastic music. With fun characters and enemy types, a fun sense of progression and a very fun world to explore. I very much recommend it and it looks really nice in HD, with that memorable soundtrack.

Amazing game!
This game is made by Eurocom, who made games like Duke Nukem 64, 007 64, Crash Bash, Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex, Spyro: A Hero's Tail and more. Sphinx and the cursed mummy very good and the Egyptian world is so inspired. The gameplay it's a little hard in the final stages of the game but the bossfights are original and all different. The soundtrack it's a masterpiece, i still play it when i'm studying or relaxing. The 34% of sale is an affair for a such wonderful game like Sphinx.

One of my favorite game ever
It's a little old, but i can assure you is an amazing game, a lot of maps, lot of enemies (which you can collect) and an amazing main story with lots of sidequests. Dive in amazing egyptnian cities and landscape, fight gods and monsters and explore a world full of wonders!

A fine 3D for the 6th gen platforms.
Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy is one of those games we picked up from the video game rental store, but could never quite beat, but kept coming back to. Revived in high-res, you can now really appreciate the detail put into the environments and characters! Gameplaywise, you can tell that the game wants you to play it in a very specific way. Screw up, and you're going back to step one of the current scenario, and that's assuming you're on the right track in the first place. It's a game that requires a lot of patience to get through, but if you have it, it can be an incredibly reqarding experience. Little note, though; Using a PS4 controller resulted in uncontrollable button overlap where moving with the analog stick opened the menu, which got in my way during the first platforming section, whereas using a PS5 controller gave me a flawless experience. I don't know if this is a recent update or what, but keep in mind what your control options are.

Excellent platformer
I played this a long time ago on the Nintendo GameCube and loved it then. I was so pleased when I found out that this game was ported to the PC and on GOG! It was an instant purchase, no questions asked. I am reviewing this game later than a lot of the other reviews on this page, but I have not encountered any real or glaring issues with this game on GOG. Everything has worked as expected and I was able to complete the game in around 12 - 13 hours of gameplay. If I had to categorize this gem of a game it would be an Egyptian themed Zelda game, except for the platforming parts.
