The story plunges you into a steampunky-fantasy Victorian London with plenty of introspection, interesting characters, and intrigue. Playing from 4 different viewpoints you can really get to know the characters, and their surroundings - especially when the paths inevitably converge.
It has a bit of that Disco Elysium vibe, and thus one thing that would really raise it higher would be the addition of voiceover (as was true with DE).
Small, linear, lacks new ideas, lacks freedom, derivative of Carnival row, Penny dreadful and other similar sources.
This is NOT Disco Elysium, it just tries to jump on Disco Elysium train.
