best game ever
the storyline, the techtree, the depth of characters, the terraforming is all wow! Big disadvantage is the limited 'I' for the AI. So many options it never uses. As human player you will always win against AI, execpt when you have very bad luck with landingsite and direct neighbours.

The Best Turn-based VG ever made?
Like a game of chess you keep going back to Alpha Centauri is great whether you play live opponents or the program, although the program is less fair than even the most insidious human player. All 5 Stars
