Unimmersive, shallow, empty..
..tedious, illogical and ultimately boring. + graphics are okay, works fine on 2018-2019 hardware. + music is not that diverse but it fits the setting. + game runs fine, settings are okay. - puzzles are awful. - story is very very shallow and boring. This game is like a small toy compared to a behemoth of a experience that is Obduction. I have lost three hours of my life in this..

Too many puzzles, otherwise great!
This game has several issues, most of which are graphical (the aliasing is terrible, I recommend using ReShade/sweetfx to force SMAA), but the biggest problem this has is that there are way too many puzzles, which is too bad because most of them are actually really well made, it's just that you're put through so many of them that it gets grinding and really takes away from the really well made world they made. All in all, if you enjoy Myst-style games, you'll likely enjoy this, though don't feel bad about looking for a walkthrough if you're stuck on a puzzle for too long because otherwise you'll be playing this for an obscene amount of time.

not for me
I like puzzlers, really do. But Quern ... It looks nice on first (and maybe second) glance, but thats pretty much it. Sure, there is some logic in the puzzles (and they become more and more resistant to bruteforcing). I wish i'd taken a look into a video walkthrough before I bought the game... 2/5. Haven't finished. Won't ever. Love talos.
