This game has been in development prior to appearing on steam, then it was in steam early access for around 4 years, now it comes to gog early access... Considering how little has been done over all those years and how shallow and unfinished game still feels, I have to give a thumbs down for this game. Sadly, but I am afraid we looking here at another permanent resident of early access which only waits until its developer get tired of it, calls it 1.0 and abandons it (like it happened to Spacebase DF9 for example).

This game is the best simulator of post-apocalyptic survival. It's easier to list that game can't simulate than it can. And don't be confused by "low graphics" on the screenshots. Game world big enough, you needs a supercomputer to render AAA-graphics with simulation that game do. So, or you have "low graphics" and ultimate interactive simulation, or "cool picture" with a common game. The choice is yours :) And now with Ukrainian localization! I'm so happy! :)

I originally bought this years and years ago. It's some how still in development, so I believe it's safe to assume it will always be in development. So, back in the day, this was solid. I learned quickly to stay away from firearms (bang = lots of attention). I got a little fort in the woods setup and became independent thanks to fishing and a river. It took a lot of work, but it was fun. Now? The pure difficulty of the game is a turn off. My best run has been trying to walk to the house next door before being encountering zombies. Once one finds you, it follows you until more join.... and more... and more... and you walk into the woods, so far into the woods you begin to wonder if the game has word borders and there you find more zombies. I want to be clear this keeps happening in a sandbox with the toughest survivor it'll let me conjure up. It's asinine how catastrophically, batshit, insane they've jacked up the difficulty. I routinely have longer Nethack runs. Ghosts and Goblins could take a lesson. This game is now targeted towards players who have been at it for years. If you're coming in cold, you have no place here. Walk away.

How is this game still in "early access"!? Are you mad? It`s been 10 years!
