This game is a classic! Excellent controls, story, characters, atmosphere, soundtrack, graphics, and pacing. This is one of those games from 6th generation that is truly memorable. I already played this then and I bought again anyway. Enjoyed it again. I felt a lot of nostalgia, but also really appreciated this artistic game even more as an adult. This is more like an interactive story and I loved that!

The game is superb, with excellent puzzle platforming, art design, music etc, the only thing holding it back is it's poor combat which is unfortunately very present. Compared to the good here though any set-backs are incredibly minor. I would thoroulghy reccomend this game top everyone.

I played a lot of the series on the ps2 era, back in time, but only got the sequels, never did the first one
and my god.. it's so good! a cult classic that would change the history of gaming, for damn sure.
The story is pretty great, the caracters are good and their interaction evolve trough time, really good plot.
The soundtrack by Stuart Chatwood is so perfect, its one of my favorite game score ever! especially on the next game.
The combat can be a bit harsh sometimes, because you need to pull the dagger on the enemys on the ground in order to defeat then, if not, they will resurrect, but the damn thing is they spawn like hell at you, waves and waves, you will just need to get the timing and know how to defend.
I Finished the game in about 4 hours or more, i think, it was a good adventure, with good caracters and cool & immersive fantasy.
Betwen the other two games, this is the most ''friendly'' in a sense, as the sequels evolve in combat and violence, this one has a good balance of all these things, more simple and unique, there is no blood at all.
Some people preffer the sequels because of that improvement, but for me each game has teir magic, their unique atmosfere, and none of the other do it like the first game, a cool astethic fantasy with love and time at stake, a ral ocean in the storm.
All said, this trilogy is one of my favorites, a cult classic/must play to all of you people out there
i highly recommend, with this one you will have a pretty fun adventure that will bring you to magic feelings and nostalgic moments.

Play with headphones, for some reason the volume on cutscenes is EXTREMELY low, like i had to turn my speakers to 100 to play, but other than needing a few fixes, the game runs fantastically and is a great time.
