Govern all aspects of the exotic Egyptian, culture from religion to trading with distant cities. Cultivate vast farms in the Nile valley and discover the important role this river, with its unpredictable floods, played in the life of the Egyptians. Stone by stone, erect giant monuments - from the Sphinx, to the lighthouse and library of Alexandria.

Manage your city poorly and you shall watch it burn, be pillaged or collapse in economic ruin. Manage it well and ultimately the greatest Egyptian structures will be built in your honor. Your rule will span generations, until your dynasty, your royal bloodline produces a Pharaoh!

Pharaoh includes many features never before seen in a city building game, such as a farming model based on the flooding of the Nile, naval warfare, giant monuments that are assembled over time, unique dynastic progression, and variable difficulty levels. This a massively addictive, huge, but most importantly fun game that is a great choice for anyone looking for a solid city builder title, or an intellectual challenge.

Best game to give the "Y" Gen, let them work it out... Great to get back to a classic and know it hasn't any ADD's.. Thanx Guys at GOG.. Oh, play the open game, and see how many ships you can build...?

Maybe it is about time for Polish ver?

I have no problem with english, however I used to play this game in Polish. Due to nostalgia, I aim to play it only if Polish version is added. Thank you for your attention.

Not a Caesar III

Better to play Caesar III one more time(or open-source versions of it: Julius or Augustus, which supports high-resolutions, multiple platforms, and a lot more).

Only in english?

This game is Fantastic. Why isn't in spanish? I have it in physical edition in spanish and here it is only in english :( I'm very dissapointed.

buggy

The game has a problem in level two, it says to build juggler schools and booths, the problem is i have ten of both on the map and the level isnt changing or saying ive done it!
