While Nobody Wants to Die is not a long game, that short length has allowed the developers to pack in a solid detective story and a beautifully designed world with surprisingly deep lore. The investigation mechanics aren’t the best, but don’t let that put you off this slick, quick love letter to old-school detective films.

Cliche as cliche gets, but cool visuals

This interactive movie is set in an interesting retrofuturistic dystopian world which is absolutely stunning visually. Unfortunately that is about all that's exceptional about it. The story and dialogue are extremely clichè. The choices you get to make that influence the ending are also completely nonsensical (they are not linked to the ending in any way narratively, this is one of those cases where having one choice at the end would have made more sense). There is no gameplay, and the detective part of the game is very minor. Buy it on sale for the visuals, that would be my recommendation.

Intense and stunning.

Great Game! If you like story-driven-games, which also shakes your mind.. THIS IS FOR YOU! Atmosphere, Grafic, Story = 3 things that were just awesome! Ok, riddles are not that hard, but the focus here is on the story - and your decisions! So if you wanna take a look in a possible future - better have a strong mind!

Unique and intriguing

Excellent blend of Bioshock, Cyberpunk, LA Noire and "dearest of all my friends", Max Payne. Love the setting and atmosphere. But don't expect a shooter - Nobody Wants to Die is an exploration game, a dystopian detective experience, a dark walking simulator. One you must play. :)

Beautiful graphics in a sh*tty gameplay

The graphics is good, but the gameplay is the worst I've ever played in my life. It's all based on choices but there's no way to save. So, if you take a wrong turn or if you die, you need to start again. Really frustrating and boring
