Fun but buggy game

Fun game, a mix of Doom and Titanfall, with a great eenvironment and a great soundtrack. The main story is fun and engaging and the secondary missions are a fine and more in a bounty style. Levelling is also well done in my opinion with the ability to change pretty much every aspect of your avatar and its weapons. Note that the game can be repetitive. In order to like the game you need to like its main loop. Enemies arer always the same and the only thing changing is level design. The only complain I have is the performance. I have to use a lower resolution, disable dx 12, put everything to medium to get a almost always smooth experience with a 1080 TI. I still get some stutters and it's very annoying.

Another One For The Pile

Gameplay: Not quite polished Graphics: Pretty nice. Acting: B-tier. Story: There is one, barely. Music: Punchy and good. This is another painfully average shooter in the spirit of Doom (2016), and it is just that; average. That said the issues this game has come from budget, not design. Once again Streum lets out a game tinged with brilliance behind layers of grit and smudge that a bigger budget could have made rise to the front. As it stands I'd give it a charitable 4\5 but that is indeed charitable. You can do a lot worse than this game in terms of entertainment, but you can also do a lot better. On the plus side compared to Spacewing Deathwing this has great music, so presumably the next one will have improved another aspect? We can but hope.

Best looking 40k FPS to date.

It may not be a masterpiece, but it's easily one of the best 40k games to date. Iron out the kinks and add more stuff in the future and we might be looking at the best.

Warhammer 40,000 Necromunda Hired Gun

This game is an absolute blast! The controls are standard issue FPS with silky, accurate, movement. The environment is stunning, gigantic, steampunk, with rich lighting. The UI is difficult to learn but worth the time. I ran it on a GeForce 1050 Ti at about a 60 frame rate. A definite buy for FPS fanboys, especially when on sale.

Decent but lacks content

It's a solid basegame that can't fully realize both it's gameplay promise or 40k setting potential. The story is barebones and the insight into the Necromunda setting and characters is very limited. It suffers from janky animations and a serious lack of content and enemy variety. The environments are pretty great, but the hub is kinda lame. The user interface is kinda infuriating at times. It needs some polish as well as more content. But if you're looking for a decent shooter in the 40k universe, this is probably your best choice.
