What a snorefest.

Got this game for free, and after watching the Rings of Power, had that LotR itch.... This sure as hell did not scratch it. Arkham style gameplay (though it feels more hollow) with a threadbare plot not worth paying attention to, no plot setup, and repetitive, boring, shallow gameplay. You might like this if your twenty or younger and haven't had decades worth of game experience... But for anyone who's been around the block time and time again, please ask yourself: "Is this 'been there, done that' average at best video game experience worth whittling away my precious remaining life time?" No. No it is not. Uninstalled. Won't remember a second of this snorefest.

Thanks GOG

I've been raging a lot against GOG, recently especially about their shift towards a pornish-mangaish-making-money-from-suckers-before-caring-of-real-gamers-policish... But a few moves like releasing this great game at such a discount, and gifting oldies like Dink Smallwood make me think that there are still real GOGers in the the company who care for us.

Got it for free and it's not worth it

I can't even get out of the needlessly brutal tutorial, this is so punishing. The tutorial doesn't clearly explain what you need to do to get the numerous "moves" to proc and so they don't and you are killed repeatedly by orcs. Not fun, too frustrating, simple "avenge the murdered family" plot if you can even survive long enough to get into the game itself. A masochist's paradise. I'd demand my money back but I didn't pay anything for it. Thank God.
