Such realism and intuitive map making! I have never seen a world builder strategy game quite like this.

The game is far from finished but already now it's capable of hooking my interest. 60 hours in, and I'm still testing out things. When this thing gets to leave early access it's going to be amazing.

I hate being harsh as this is still in early access, and bugs are just expected. The game, looks beautiful, and runs great. The gameplay is a great concept and I can't wait to see it right through, but I can't. One particular bug prevents me from any progress at all, and that is the homelessness debuff. I have tried restarting may games and tried many of the fixes, but none of them work. As a result I am stuck with the first five families and unable to progress out of the start of the game. I consider this 'game breaking' and my advice to the devs would be to totally remove it from the game, as I've seen this bug on forums going back a long time. Its not that integral to the game, just kill it and figure out another way of accomplishing it later on down the track. Until then, two stars is all I can give an exceptional concept, shackled by one silly bug.

As long as European Middle Ages have countless amount of unique achievements, starting from Romanesque and Gothic syles and ending with universities, theology, Inquisition, artillery, banking, guilds, you name it, the game has virtually endless space for the improvement. Add to this natural disasters, plague, fires, scheming, heresies, peasant uprisings and you can work on it your entire life, making a real masterpiece!
