Machinarium is our first full-length adventure game in which players take on the role of a robot who has been exiled to the scrap heap. You must use logic, collect important items, and solve environmental puzzles to get the robot back into the city of Machinarium so he can rescue his robot girlfriend, save the head of the city, and defeat the bad guys from the Black Cap Brotherhood.

It was a long time since such a lovely designed adventure appeared.
Beautiful music in an awesome designed world with tricky puzzles and
an adorable main character.
I also like the concept of 'not speaking' by showing little sequences in speak bubbles.
everything fits and sometimes there are really difficult parts.
I don't know if I like the included walkthrough or not. sometimes the temptation is too high ;)
For me it was the first game I bought on GOG and it made me stay.
And after a few weeks it's playable again without rushing through the whole game.

I never was interested much in quests, but this game made me change my mind. Good puzzles, good design, good music, good story, good humor - all you need to love this game. Recommended for everyone.
This game is amazing. I loved every second of this simple, yet powerful, story. The puzzles are rewarding and, if they get too tough, there's a built in walkthrough. This game has a lot of replayability, and you'll definitely want to revisit it a few times
