Too repetitive...
... for my taste. Also, the passive nature of the game is a huge turn-off. I mean, what's the point?

Didn't expect this to be good :)
I have a taste for retro style graphics games and some game with loot gathering. So far this game got it and I'm hooked. Its really feels nice to unlock some new capabilities and some characters without extra payment which some games do abuse nowadays. It price doesn't break your wallet and you'll play this for a while. Good buy.

Wasn't sure about this one... but...
Loop hero is an excellent game. It is difficult to explain how the game works as you are not in control of the hero but rath you are in control of building out the board around the hero and choosing his equipment. The game begins sow but the action build us every time your hero completes a lap of the main "loop." Each outting feels like a strange combination of inverted tower defense within a board game. After the first two or three runs the concept becomes clear and everything just clicks. Its a wonderfull game "loop" and I have no idea how they anage to make these disparate elements mesh but it really works well. The music is fantastic and the art is really well done but the icing on the cake is the surreal storyline and trippy characters especially the main villian.
