almost perfect..
+ stellar graphics + awesome animations + very decent voices + perfect music + pretty decent humor with many references - puzzles are a bit tedious and they are getting a bit annoying towards the end of the game.. - for max 10 euros on sale this game is a 5/5 stars.

An authentic point & click adventure.
Albeit a bit short, this game can stand next to the classic adventure games such as the Monkey Island. Lighthearted, colorful and whimsical, the setting, dialogues and characters are fun to spend some hours with. The puzzles are mostly on the easy side as far as P&C adventures go, but the game is generally logical, so there's no need for pixel hunting or trying all combinations randomly. It took me around 12 hours to finish, having finished 60% of the achievements on a first playthrough.

Great adventure in a communist dystopia. The puzzles are well executed. The game has many fun and quirky characters. It is just a joy to play it.

Wonderful adventure in original setting
Irony Curtain is one of the best adventures I've played in the last years. It's beautifully drawn, has great voice overs and music and an interesting story that is told very well. I never thought it possible to make a funny game in such a bleak scenario as the cold war is, but this game manages it pretty well. Especially the main character Evan is a lovable and incredibly naïve young guy, full of enthusiasm for Matryoshkan socialism. The way he tries to defend his own idealistic viewpoint against everything he experiences while he explores the miserable and run down society and economy of Matryoshka is just wonderful. The game isn't too difficult, most puzzles are logically solvable - but if one finds himself stuck there is a very clever ingame-help-system that really deserves this name: In almost every scene there is a telephone where you can call one or another political bureau to get a hint. Overall a very pleasurable game with likeable characters and an interesting setting.

Nice
Humorous first point n click game from the casual masters Artifex Mundi, it is a very lighthearted adventure in all sense that of course some people would take as hardcore political criticism because we live in this kind of world today (at most it makes some fun of the tankies, but in a very veery slight way), but the chore important parts which are writing, characters, scenarios and puzzles, are very polished. Actually they seem an evolution of the casual adventure games, which is fine by me. Recommended.
