Not sure why the love. Game difficult due to garbage controls and poor design decisions from developers. Wish I could return this

Harder than it looks
A LOT HARDER. If this is your first game in the series, it's not going to hamper your experience if you never played Holo Knight. It might be better in my opinion.

Perfection
It's unbelievable how Silksong lives up to all expectations - ridiculously high ones, nurtured over seven years of waiting. Absolutely surreal. Congratulations to the team! It's a difficult game and has a learning curve, even after playing 100+ hours of Hollow Knight. But it's rewarding and gorgeous, so it's fine if 20 attempts are necessary to accomplish something. They made it so it really is the journey that matters. Each little surprise is delightful. Also, for those of us who value agility above all else, Hornet is the perfect playable character. Kudos for the price point and being DRM-free too. Feel respected. What a dream.

Tough, hard to learn.
You have to re-learn almost everything. Hornet IS NOT the Knight, diferent playstyle, quick, agile, precise. Once you learn how to Hornet, the game is pretty fun
