Months after the final release, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is still going strong. The minigame-turned-esport continually goes through iterations and patches, shedding skins and morphing into a real beast of a card game. It has a wistful past, a solid present, and a bright future.

No need to compare with, just gwent!
GWENT, is not WCTCG, not MTG, not MMDOC, not a Hearthstone. You don't need to compare any thing with thousands of TCG Games. You don't need to think about what is good or the best. Just gwent! That's the only thing will make you feel good:)

One of the better card games.
Not a massive fan of card games on PC, but this is one of the better ones. The animated cards are a nice touch.

This game WAS great...
I remember I was so damn happy to get to play in the closed beta long ago. Game was great, but i didn't know how to play. My Friend taught me how to be good about 1 year ago, and that's when i started playing more. You know how it is to have your favourite deck, right ? Mine was The Wild Hunt deck which I called Dusk. Very few times i lost using it. And today, i downloaded the update, i wasn't sure what to expect, and then... all of my decks gone, all my cards turned to scrap (at least i got sth out of them), and the worst thing, new rules... I created all of my old cards, and then i saw that nothing makes sense, sure, i had a bit over the new Thronebreaker power limit, but i looked at the cards more closely to throw some of them out, and then i found out that they aren't usable together anymore, Ge'els is useless for frost deck, not only him, like most of the wild hunt cards are... I'm trying to create a deck, but it seems impossible with my knowledge. I think i'll stop trying to make anything out of it, and just play new singleplayer. It's really fun, especially those special puzzle battles. So yeah, these are my thoughts about the new patch, maybe you can bring back the normal cards roles ?

New update (cards, graphics, etc) is fabulous. Just the price of store is a litle bit too high.
