Months after the final release, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is still going strong. The minigame-turned-esport continually goes through iterations and patches, shedding skins and morphing into a real beast of a card game. It has a wistful past, a solid present, and a bright future.

Exceptional free2play digital card game
- Great audio and visuals, extremely high production value - Extremely generous Free to Play model - Lots of interesting factions and leaders adding vast amounts of experimentation with decks - Huge and rewarding progression system, no other digital card game comes close - Many events throughout the year to reward players with fun activities - Consistent updates and balancing keeping the game fresh - Fun and strategic game-play In short, Gwent is an incredible game that will only get better.

Gwent
Gwent always was amazing in the Beta version and changed alot with Homecoming. The game is still very enjoyable even it is not as complex as before and it's pretty much a new game. But the fact that the game gets better with every patch and the developer is actual listening to the community, shows that Gwent has a bright future! You get a Free-2-Play game, which has an extremly rewarding system for the players and isn't even close to Pay-2-Win. But on top of that you get the best-looking card game with awesome animated premium-cards, which has no other game to offer.

Best card game on the market right now.
Gwent is great. After 2 years of RNG grindfest that is hearthstone i found open beta gwent, which stole my heart and all of my time. Skill actually matters, the games are fun, the meta is diverse and the developers actually listen to the community,....mostly (*cough* Midwinter patch *cough*). Now there is homecoming. Its different than old gwent, that is true. I was also sceptical and didnt like the changes at first. But the more i played the more into it i got. They opened a lot more design space for them, the graphichs are better than ever and the game got back its lost complexity from before midwinter. For people that said the game is slow, they sped up the animations. All the bad reviews i see just say its different with no actual reasons why they dont like it. Give it a try and see for yourself. Trust me. If you dont like it after that, thats fine. Just dont listen to people with no actual constructive criticism.

Love the new update!
The new Mulligan update is a great step in the right direction! Feels a lot better to play now with leaders balenced around provisions instead of mulligans. Can't wait for the new leaders and new card expansions!
