Brilliant
The base building and management aspects are relatively simple, but very robust. It's a very good foundation for the moods, moral dilemmas and difficult choices the game faces you with. 10/10 would get frostbite again

Excellent City Builder
Love the resource management and overall vibe of the game. A masterpiece that perfectly balances depth with ease of play and loads of fun. Get the DLC for tons of replay value.
