Money money, 11 bit toooo BAD.
Well. In the beginning it was ok, for a few month they said all the DLC will be free. WELL WELL WELL it appears NO NO NO. It a shame that for money they do those things. They lost a client and more. The game. well it's fine, strategy-simulation some decision.... the first time you play it's ok, and that's it. The DLC don't care.
