The Rabbit & Pork DLC Update is here! Read the full changelog HERE.
Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.
Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Summary
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.

It's fun to play, but crashes way too much. And there's no help with the people who run it. I understand it was a free mod so they aren't actually getting paid to help. There's no reason to put out something that isn't going to get any support.
Level 68, side-questing it to death, but this is so amazing. I would have paid for this release. The mailboxes fill me with dread.
FALON managed to do all this by re-hashing Boston-Mass elements and creating custom objects and textures. That is insane dedication, because they do not have access to Bethesda's software tooling (which I am sure would have saved time, and made life easier).
To the casual reader: there are a fair number of incomplete side quests, and it is easy to get "stuck" in a location you can not walk out of. Be sure to keep Auto-save enabled, and throw in some extra manual saves. (Not FALON's fault, see comment that they do not have access to Fallout's internal tooling)
PLEASE SIR MAY I HAVE ANOTHER?
I came here as fast as I could! The long-awaited Fallout London finally arrived, and I cannot wait to dedicate some proper time to playing it.
I was baffled by what I perceived to be a lower than expected rating on here, currently a 3.7 / 5. However, unsurprisingly, the most critical reviews turned out to be borne out of sheer ignorance about what this massive passion project of a mod was all about.
You all realize that this is a full AAA game level mod, free of charge, that people have been working for free, on their free time, without getting paid??
So, before posting critical reviews that reveal your IQ, think about the above.
Fallout London team, thank you for bringing us this gem!
I am also lowkey curious how Bethesda handle the publicity of this mod, which may very well be better than their own version of the game... We shall see.
Honestly jealous of all the people who've got to the in game crashes as it refuses to link to the steam version after doing the downgrades and the only instruction is "run it". I do hope they at least give a more detailed installation guide (rather than one that literally only says "run downgrader") but have to assume currently you'd be better off buying a gog copy if you don't have it already...
