The Rabbit & Pork DLC Update is here! Read the full changelog HERE.
Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.
Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Summary
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.

I've played this extensively, I've used console commands to explore, played the game using all sorts of characters. This is one brilliant mod.
First, the graphics. London isn't like the Commonwealth, where there's lots of open spaces. London is a sprawl, buildings everywhere, ruins, landmarks, and just the attention to detail makes it impressive enough to grab, just to see it.
Second, the gameplay. This is a mod, but you'd be forgiven if you thought otherwise. While a lot of the game is familiar - animations, sounds, etc. the vast majority is a new experience. Just immersing youself in the different accents, the rhyming slang, even the radio stations pulls you out of the familiar. I'm an American living in the UK and this is like a breath of fresh air for me...how the British see the Fallout universe from their perspective. So don't expect to find pip-boys, vaults, vault-tec or even Pip Boy himself. The Brits have their own inventions. You'll see.
Third: I like open worlds. I love a big open space to play in and explore. And when you realize Fallout London is actually a bigger worldspace than Fallout 4, with a lot more to do, then if you're like me FOLON becomes even more appealling.
I'm not giving much away here, you need to discover it for yourself. One thing I will say - when you learn who some of the voice actors are, you'll realize the devs pulled out every stop they could. One hint: The first two voices you hear when you're in the game are legends, if you're a british sci-fi fan.
Get this, play this, enjoy this. It's free, so why not!
I've been waiting & watching this project since 2020 when it first peaked my interest. Finally a Fallout game set more local to me, where I can finally experience the state of the UK after the Fallout settled.
And, I must say, Team FOLON did not dissappoint! I've been loving my experience so far and cannot commend enough the Developers and everyone involved in the project for the sheer amount of work they undertook to make this possible - all fueled purely by passion for the Fallout Universe.
Easy to install and completely free, there's no excuse for anyone not to dip their toes in the water and give it a try! Especially if the recent Fallout hype, from the Fallout Show earlier this year, has you craving for new Fallout games!
So give it a try now, and remember; Mind the gap!
With the recommended mods i dont have any crashes and i can enjoy the game.
the loading times are sometimes really long. and you need to traverse regularly so this is currently my biggest negative. the rest looks just like more fallout.
for a mod its pretty good :)
The game has great potential, but they need to fix a lot of bugs. The worst for me so far are that settler assignment is broken and companions have too many glitches. Loading times are also much too long -- often between 30 and 60 seconds.
The crashes aren't too bad and installing buffout 4 seemed to have helped.
Installing via GOG was easy.
I probably need to get the VANS perk, because too many quests feel like mazes, wasting much time trying to find a path.
Honestly this could've been a great mod! Other than the stupidly long loading times and the repetitive crashes, its really fun, it has a really refreshing story, the map is beautiful and it does play well, that is only when the game is in the mood to work properlly. I was willinng to overlook the long loading times and the repetitive crashes (I was already used to that with vanilla Fallout 4 anyway), but now the game literally will not even open, so I'm going to be uninstalling it and checking it out again in the future.
Hopefull Team Folon would've fixed the serious problems that the mod currently has, and if not, this mod could just end up being another case of wasted potential. Its a real shame.
