Please note: With GOG GALAXY you can skip updates you dislike by either disabling the auto-update option (for your whole library or per game) or by using the Rollback Feature and choosing the game version that you want to have. If you're using Offline Installers, game updates are done manually and always up to you.
Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition includes the base game and all the following add-ons:

Fallout 4: GOTY
Great game. Where New Vegas and even 3 had more variety in terms of flexibility of story? FO4 makes up for with playability and customization. Still miss the old perks, though...

One of the best games ever, full stop!
I have about 3,000 hours in this game, plus another 500 in Frost/London overhauls. One of my favorite games. Great story, lore, items, humor, gameplay, etc etc. It can have some bugs, but there are lots of mods to fix a lot of that, but some of the bugs are fun to play with, lol. Hard to find another game that is so easy to learn and easy to play, yet has so many different ways you can play it. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves video games.
