Please note: With GOG GALAXY you can skip updates you dislike by either disabling the auto-update option (for your whole library or per game) or by using the Rollback Feature and choosing the game version that you want to have. If you're using Offline Installers, game updates are done manually and always up to you.
Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition includes the base game and all the following add-ons:

Waiting for Fallout 5
Finally finished the game after 10 years of it being out. Apart from a few random crashes and videos not working, a few missions that couldn't be completed due to bugs the story is still very engaging, even if the engine is creeking after all these years on modern OS's
