Please note: With GOG GALAXY you can skip updates you dislike by either disabling the auto-update option (for your whole library or per game) or by using the Rollback Feature and choosing the game version that you want to have. If you're using Offline Installers, game updates are done manually and always up to you.
Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition includes the base game and all the following add-ons:

Good take on the old classic
I won't the first to tell how good is this game. Well, not perfect maybe in some aspects (the console-oriented UI is quite annoying), but it's interesting, challenging, engaging enough to outweigh any compains so far
