Buying this game was a mistake

Oh my god this is terrible and not fun at all. There is so much BS in this world, people online say "oh this game is awesome you should play it" and so many people on reddit parrot things they have never even tried themselves. They say divinity 2 is awesome cos thats what they see other people say even if they never played it themselves. Even if they dislike the game they won't say anything bad about it because they are afraid of being downvoted. Well I'm not one of those people, this game is awful and I regret buying it, but I do like the principle of GOG and DRM free gaming so at least I supported them, but I will be more be more careful with which games I buy in the future.

Broken Game?

Played the tutorial level worked fine...then climbed the ladder and then the screen was covered in blackness except a bit at the edge so can't really tell you about the game beyond the tutorial level, this game is broken and I want a refund!

Broken cash grab.

Avoid at all costs. The last patch broke the game and Lorian is doing nothing to fix it and not even admiting there's a problem. It doesn't even start. Crashes immediately at launch. Avoid this broken garbage and get the classic edition for much less money because that one actually works.

Great, game but lacking features

Yes, I am aware this is still in alpha and yes, this alpha is already really good; for more information on that, read other reviews. The only reason I am writing this is to inform any potential buyers that as of now, there is no option for AI-Scripts that Original Sin - Enhanced had. This boils down to my love for the dialogue system in the game, which lets you discuss decisions with your partner. Now, if you had an AI-Script, that other character would act accordingly and you wouldn't essentially be talking to yourself; this is a thing that made the first game so great. I do not always have someone by my side who wants to play through the entire game and discuss these dialogues, so it was very important to me that I have those in place. In Original Sin 2, those do not exist (yet), which means I will have to talk to myself again, which takes a big batch of fun away. Another side note: Also, it seems to be impossible to play with a controller at this point, something I really loved about the original game as well, but that is only a very very minor complaint.
