Story:

Stereotypical Plot, great game
As always with Arkane, I found the plot and dialogue writing to be mediocre. Neither bad nor good, it just did it's job. However, the artstyle, worldbuilding, gameplay, atmosphere and so on was absolutely fantastic and I loved every mission. The sheer amount of possibilities alone is fantastic. Additionally: Delilah design was absolutely fantastic and I lowkey wish she had won.

my favorite game
I miss you Arkane, I hope and Prey they make another Dishonord game, I think Bethesda is really missing the mark by forcing them to make dumb garbage like that Vampire game I can't even remember the name. These guys deserve better.

Will update this review as and when but first impressions aren't good - the tutorial got stuck on a part where a door is meant to open and you have to slide under it, literally 30s into my first play. GG. After that, the gameplay seems okay in comparison to my memory of the original Dishonored but I honestly don't recall in that game when throwing a bottle at a wall OPPOSITE you that the AI/guard would apparently head to where the bottle CAME FROM, despite having their back turned at the time of throwing. So yeah, early days, but come on man! Hope the game proves to be better than this in the long run but what a poor start/experience already in terms of what is essentially a stealth game where the AI doesn't play along.
