Found a Windows 10 Fix
I bought the game, but it didnt work for me under Win 10 until I found this fix on the forums. So whoever buys this game and have problems running it there is a solution in the face of a wrapper that redirect legacy DirectDraw graphics into OpenGL and allows play games on modern PC with Windows 10. Excellent game but...
Excellent game but it needs mods in order to run. Without the Wrapper available on MDB, this game won't run at all. Even then, you have to frequently save (turn off autosave) because sooner or later it will crash. That aside this game is a classic. It's a shame later iterations just didn't capture the magic.

Disciples II
Does not work on Windows 10. It crashes when playing the game intro. I thought it might be my computer. I tried again with an updated system, and same outcome. It makes me sad, because this is one of my favorite all time games.

Great game, but unplayable on Windows 10
One of my favorite games when it was new (once a long time ago). Unfortunately, GOG's packaging was completely broken for a long time on Win 10 (spontaneously crashed before even reaching the main menu). Nowadays, a game can be started, but the rendering is simply unplayably slow. It's impossible to have a good time even by the most forgiving standards. GOG, if you see this: _please_ fix the issues. It's a great Good Old Game, and you simply don't deliver here.

awsome and addicting!
this game is amazing! it so addicting and is perfect for when you have nothin to do. i highly recommend it
