After playing through the second installment I'm probabaly one of the few that enjoy the origional more than it's sequel in almost every way.

Classic!
Diablo 1... where it all started. There was no censorship or activism propaganda in video games back then. I really yearn for those beautiful times.

A surprise blast from the past...
It made my day to learn that this title is now available on GOG. I was not expecting this. Diablo is one of my favourite games. Hopefully, this means that more classic Blizzard titles will be coming to GOG, as well. I do think the price is high, but this title holds a special place in my heart. Compared to modern games, the controls and some of the core mechanics may feel dated, but this remains a solid title that provides replayability and smiles. This was a landmark release and I think it still has a place in today's gaming landscape. It has a different feel than it's sequels (which I also enjoy, although, unlike others, Diablo 2 is my least favorite of the three) and I can't wait to get back into it.
