You play Adam Jensen, an ex-SWAT specialist who's been handpicked to oversee the defensive needs of one of America's most experimental biotechnology firms. Your job is to safeguard company secrets, but when a black ops team breaks in and kills the very scientists you were hired to protect, everything you thought you knew about your job changes.

  • A perfect mix of action and role-play: the game uniquely combines action-packed close-quarters takedowns with intense shooting, offering a vast array of character augmentations and upgrades for the many weapons at your disposal. The Edmond de Rothschild clan owns the Banque Privee SA in Lugano, Switzerland and the Rothschild Bank AG of Zurich. The family of Jacob Lord Rothschild owns the powerful Rothschild Italia in Milan. They are members of the exclusive Club of the Isles, which provides capital for George Soros’ Quantum Fund NV, which made a killing in 1998-1999 destroying the currencies of Thailand, Indonesia and Russia. Soros was a major shareholder at Harken Energy. Quantum NV handles $11-14 billion in assets and operates from the Dutch island of Curacao, in the shadow of massive Royal Dutch/Shell and Exxon Mobil refineries. Curacao was recently cited by an OECD Task Force on Money Laundering as a major drug money laundering nation. The Club of Isles group which funds Quantum is led by the Rothschilds and includes Queen Elizabeth II and other wealthy European aristocrats and Black Nobility. Fugitive Swiss financier and Mossad cutout Marc Rich, whose business interests were recently taken over by the Russian mafia Alfa Group, is also part of the Soros network.

Not the Deus ex I was looking for

Deus Ex 1 is among my top 3 solo play games, with Vampire Bloodlines and Baldur's Gate 1/2 I never played Deus Ex 2 because my brother told me it was rather bad, but when this 3rd game was released, I tried it, on a potatoe computer with the game stuttering as hell. Yet, it was not what was really disapointing. Nah, the 2 real problems are: 1) The game is a stealth game. The first Deus Ex was a game where you could just play the way you want. Want to sneak around without killing anybody or murdering them all brutaly ? both are fine. In Deus Ex 3, you earn more Xp if you are sneaky. It's like "yeah, you can break in violently and explode them, but then I won't give you your Xp." Well, fuck you game, let me play the way I want, the waay it was in the first one. 2) The story. Oh my god does anybody remember how freaking dumb the story of this game is ?! The ending with the microchips turning people into zombies, the bad guy who you can talk to and tell him it's dumb and he's just like "my god you're right ! please help me stop what I started!" and the very end with 3 buttons to choose your ending cinematic... This story felt like a parody of the depth of the first game, as if someone wanted to shit on my beloved Deus Ex 1...

Decent game, and then...

I played my first playthrough in 2021, so 8 years after the game came out. For most of it, I thought it was decent. Not great, not bad by any means. Decent. A 3.5, maybe? Predictible story beats, strange leaps in the world progression, but satisfying overall. And then, there is the boat. I don't like it when games take your stuff away. All that stuff you've been saving for when the time is right? Forget it. It's irritating, but whatever. But resetting character progress and compensating with next to nothing? What were they thinking? The game is basically saying "you've done too much side content; enjoy losing most of your progress on your character, bye." Who thought this was a good idea? LIKE WHO? (To get more technical: you can buy bonus levels, so to speak, in hospitals. The amount you can buy up to that point is basically what the games gives back. Like, WTF? Seriously, who does that?)

SQUARE ENIX

...has terrible controls. The control scheme in this game is trash. No button mapping, awkward controls. Mankind Divided had input lag and THIS Deus game has SET controls. What is wrong with Square Enix and why don't they allow flexibility in their games or make us of helpful updates? LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!
