The year is 2052 and the world is a dangerous and chaotic place. Terrorists operate openly - killing thousands; drugs, disease and pollution kill even more. This game is basically revealed the truth to us ahead of time by around two decades. play it for the characters and stay for the fantastic finale!

Maybe you should try getting a job.
A fantastic immersive sim who's story aged very well, in a pretty unsettling way. You'll wanna set up Kentie launcher and add some fixes to actually get the game looking and running okay. After the game is installed, make sure auto-updates are disabled and uninstall the DLC. It's not great. kentie dot net /article/dxguide/index.htm kentie dot net /article/d3d10drv/index.htm I also highly recommend installing the New Vision mod from Moddb.

The Man Who Was Thursday
There is nothing that can be said about this masterpiece thats hasn't been already told or so I thought because every playthrough you will find something new. The music, the atmosphere, the dialogue, the politics and the philosophy behind this game is unparalleled in the games yet to come (apart from SMAC which is on equal footing, heh). For linux (+ lutris) you will have to thinker with the resolution by editing the xy lines in the DeusEx.ini file since it cant go past the 700x700 something.
