Nerfed everthing, too hard

Redid everything. I can't make sense of the perks. It totally killed my play style. None of the new perk system appeals to me. It's like"your armor goes up the higher you migration chance when not moving under cover and dodging to your left" I like What! This is too confusing, who does that, is that even possible. What if I want to be more powerful on pistols. CD's like "no sir that's too easy and you can actually understand that." Hate the new system. You know not everybody plays and likes dark souls, not everyone likes super hard games. They made it too hard. It all comes down to is this. Cyberpunk is one of my most favorite games of all time despite it's flaws. I have over 1100+ hrs through the years and continuely play it over and over. 2.0 has completely ruined that game and for the first time I DON'T want to play it. I feel robbed, I want my old game back.

DLC they butchered the main game so that

DLC they butchered the main game so that if you dont buy the dlc your character sucks ...their fix for the main game scaling problems is sold in the dlc stores. little one off items that permentantly increase HP or stamina or ram recovery. a scaling problem they created by BUTCHERING THE SKILL TREE. ... for the first time in 3 years i saw a police officer driving a car.. between broken content and promises. it will be READY when its READY. this company has gone down hill. they removed so much stuff its not even funny.. they killed and removed mods , and cloths , and netrunning breaching the skill tree has been destroyed for little to no reason. the long awaited Relic tree is a joke of 3 skills with 3-4 sub skills per.... and the DLC is a cheap excuse to push in a already designed area that was cut at launch. because it was busted. the vodoo boys area and quests are still a joke. a huge turning point in the story done so quickly.. and now they Shoved the patched cut content in like we wouldnt notice. the north area is still undeveloped and in shambles. and gang warfare is still a huge joke. gangs dont back up the gang members police do. and MAXTAC and trauma team ARE NOT EVEN IN THE GAME.

The core issue with Phantom Liberty is that it doesn't really "expand" anything (other than the map -- and only a little). Its content, while competent, runs on a parallel track to the main narrative and enriches the base game the same way a sidecar makes for a "better" motorcycle... Is it more Cyberpunk? Definitely. Is it fun? You betcha... But if you were hoping for "the biggest expansion ever"; some extra time with Kerry, Judy, Panam or River; a meaningful alteration of the main plot's ending; or even to find out why -- over the course of all those patches -- CDPR built-up that Wraiths warehouse near the Lake Farm fast travel point, well -- start writing fan-fiction, I guess. 'Cause Phantom Liberty isn't ANY of that.

10/10 Expansion

The greatest comeback CDPR ever made. Great storyline with immersive spy thriller elements, incredibly versatile game mechanics and mind blowing endings. One of the few modern DLCs that lives up to the expectations. A must play

A good addition with some bitter aspects

I ain't spoiling the game or anything like that, but to begin with i expected there were more endings! The dlc adds weapons, relic abilities and because it was released together with the skiltree update there may be some confusion, but i do think, the only addition to the skills system on the dlc were the relic skills. I like them! They give it a lot more flashing action to the game. There are new areas as well but fun fact it doesn't just forget the rest of the nightg city, wich is cool in a way, neither does the npcs. This addition to the lore with the new characters(liked reed the most btw) was well made, but, i wish there were more space for get to know Alex, Song, maybe some more Reed side quests idk. I do get that the plot its all about and maybe wouldn't make sense, but i miss that interaction. I recommend you to try out yourself choom. You'll like it, theres plenty action, new areas, quests, skills and the story in it overall is pretty good.
