Game is beautiful, and the main story plot is exciting and somewhat iterative, had to reply a few scenes just for curiosity what would be if I choose another approach.
But:
General Bugs and problems:
I do understand the size of the project and it complexity, but let's be honest - product was not ready for release. Whoever forced CDPR to release - now paying the price of shares fall and massive Sony refunds.
PC is in a much better state, but there are a lot of small problems: overlapped chats, animations, random objects in the air, environment glitches, engine physics glitches...
I'm not even touching here optimisation for consoles previous gen.
Character progression system:
Main attributes/stats system - is completely off! very bad game design!
Body - is kind of useless unless u choose to fight with bare fists - but then what's the point of entire weapons range and the crafting system?
Reflexes - mixing together range weapons and close combat what is not logical again, blades or close combat perks had to go to the body attribute.
Technical ability - is basically a crafting system, if players didn't put their points into it, means there is no craft for them, you allow to cut out entire craft system for a huge group of people and the majority of people actually put their points into it, so your character evolution freedom is not freedom at all, and dictates the same approach for the majority of people.
Intelligence - perks can be used once per battle which gives u maximum of support effect. This is an augmentation world, such abilities should be available to all in players regardless of attributes choice.
Crafting: crafting has its own levelling system, why it progress limited by attribute?
Why my male gender character has only female clothing options for crafting and I had no other choice but to run around the city like transvestite. I'm not in favour of all these non-standard relationships and I had to wear a bra on for the male character.
