《赛博朋克 2077》

This game is a 6 out of 10 game hiding an 8 out of 10 game that could have been a 9 out of 10 game, or even a 10 out of 10 game. It has all the bugs of the Bethesda title, several similarities, too, but I cannot deny the heart put into it. This was, by all accounts, an unfinished passion project made by people who at the end of the day really wanted to make a great game, if not a fantastic, breathtaking game, yet decided partway through to stop developement before it was near anywhere close to done. Bugs and heavy lack of promised innovative features aside, this was a fun game that I could see myself going back to. Engaging enough gunplay, stealth that scratched that Dishonored itch I was missing, characters that I could either love or love to hate, stellar voice acting (especially from Female V), In-depth enough RPG elements that proved satisfactory enough for me, and that trademark CDPR risqueness I know and love from the Witcher series. If I could, I'd put this at a 3.5/5 in total to sum up my thoughts, but as it stands, one has to have a lot of patience to put up with it as much as I have, so 3 is fine. If you're looking for a good time, wait for a sale. Could even wait for the developers to make this the completed game it should have been, if it ever happens. Either way, if you do decide to take the plunge, Night City will give you a hell of a ride. For better or worse.

Yes, everyone is aware of the controversy when it was released with its numerous bugs, especially on last gen consoles. But this game gave me the immersion I wanted in a dystopian future that I particularly like. Not really a fan of open world games except maybe a few and this is one of them.

The new patch is very bad. Previously, the game ran well at almost maximum settings, with RTX and ray tracing and all settings. now it's a slideshow of individual frames. I did not have time to complete the last mission and saved right in front of the Arasaka tower and now the developers have ruined the whole game for me. The equipment has been nerfed and in this form it is unlikely that you will be able to complete the last mission. DLSS is generally disabled and there is no way to activate it. Now I have lost the desire to play the game to the end. Is it possible to rollback this crooked patch? I'm giving it a low rating, even though I really liked the game. The new patch killed this game.

I'm playing on Patch 1.5 Hotfix, and although the game is slightly better from launch, I'm still experiencing inconvenient bugs, immersion-breaking bugs, and full game crashing. There are people teleporting in and out right in front of your eyes, and hundreds of people seem to wear heelies because they glide around instead of walking, There are also delayed sound effects, with gunshots happening up to 30 seconds after firing, or just never happening at all. There are times I can't perform stealth kills because the game just doesn't give me the option. Not to mention, the game will still occasionally crash and close completely. Overall, even after patch 1.5, I'd still recommend waiting.

Finished this game with an easy 25 hours felt like I really wasted my 50$. Plus the graphics are so bad when I literally have a monster rig, I had to tune it all the way down so that I can play the game with no people and cars appearing out of nowhere, and yes, this is even after the 1.5 update. Y'all better up your game in the DLC's CDPR because the updates for this game is just too slow.
