Crysis®

I wanted the original game. The playable benchmark. This version is sadly dissapointing. Nor the GOG installed neither the offline installed version is working. After starting, the screen tunrs black, and after a few seconds, you get thrown back to the desktop without any error. After searching in the net, there are several coments about this problem. Hoped, to get this issue fixed with a new exe file. But no. It's not. So another nostalgic game in my libary which is not running like my original DVD in the cupboard.

Considering its age this Old Classic looks good and keeps you engaged and wondering where the time went.

Only for the brave players. Beautiful Game.

Bought the game for nostalgia, didn't work well at the beginning, then went to the review section, found a solution, downloaded crysis launcher from github and now it works like a charm, so far. Let's see if this goes well through the entire campaign (Grimmy_Grammy, you are a savior, comrade, many thanks) 4 stars only for now, if everything goes well, i'll return and edit my review
