Mechs and explosions, what not to love?
The soundtrack is so good, and the game have a amazing world building for a game of that genre, very good writing and there is a audiobook (and a book). The gameplay has a learning curve, nothing too hard but very responsive and satisfying when you get it. If you on the fence get it, the developer is a good guy and the wallpapers are pretty good.

This game is great! It's so fun, I don't care how far into production of 'Brigador Killers' you are, if it's even a fraction as good as this game, it'll be worth it.

Great shooter with style
Brigador is a excellent top-down shooter where you pilot a mech and complete missions, often destroying things in your way to get things done. Gameplay is straight to the point and often satisfying; if you enjoy the old Battletech SNES/GEN games or twin-stick shooters (despite not being one) you'll have a good time with it. The game looks excellent for its theme its representing while not being too taxing on a system. Speaking of Battletech, if anyone should get a shot at the franchise as a whole, this dev team I feel could very well make a faithful game with many mechs. Thinking about it while playing is an interesting time! Highly recommended.

Bloody amazing
possibly the best game I've ever played for bite-sized play sessions. the gameplay is tight, the music is amazing, and the violence and destruction you can bring to whole city blocks at a time is super cathartic. I like to run a short session every now and then as kind of a micro-break from studying or whatever. it doesn't necessarily have something for everyone, but it's practically endlessly rewarding for anyone who does like it.

9/10 (ie 4.5 stars, rounded up - cos it is a great game.....) I caught this when it was given out free by GOG, and it's one of the best, if not *the* best, of the free offers I've yet seen. Usually GOG free offers range from "meh" to "utter shite". But this is a brilliant little game. The only downside being the controls, especially with tanks and mech type vehicles. Agrav vehicles are easier to control, but they are usually weaker than the other two types. But you can get accustomed to it! The old school isometric scenery is nice and sharp, and everything is destructable! Sure it has repetitive elements, but every game in existence does!!!!!! It's very rare indeed I award a full 5-stars, so let me tell you, that means it's good! Maybe I'll even get some positive reps for once!
