Sonia Dunn, Joe’s daughter, takes over the gym and must deal with its financial woes. She hires private detective John Blacksad to investigate Yale’s disappearance. This sinister case will take our investigator to the darkest, most dismal depths of New York.

A good story lacking UI polish
I'm conflicted between 3 stars and 4 stars. The story is nice, very linear, good voice acting and there's some exploration and thinking needed. The gameplay is ... a bit raw. It works and the game never crashed, but the camera is a bit annoying at times, the QTEs are quite unpredictable, the UI is a bit clunky and slow in general to navigate. Could've definitely used a bit more polish on the controller usage.

buggy but awesome
i got thrown off by the missing envelope clue, the game isn't very intuitive but its still brilliant. had to go back like 40 minutes and play everything all over but i hope it's worth it.
