Ancient Enemy is a strategic RPG card game in which you make interesting tactical decisions as you battle distorted enemies and overcome challenging puzzles. Face a horde of deadly enemies, each one emerging from a world in which evil has already triumphed. You must not only endure, but also rebuild your powers to vanquish evil and fight one last duel against your monstrous nemesis!

Too expansive for what you get
A short solitaire reskin with a couple of new mechanics sprinkled in...and it heavily relies on the luck of the draw. You are always just one restart away from beating a stage in 2 turns instead of being beaten. Time flies anyway, tho. If you like the genre and it's <5€ you might as well, otherwise I can't recommend it.

Fairly fun game
A fun enough play for a few hours. Not much of a plot though- it's a card game with some pretty pictures.

Not bad, but not great
This game is the definition of a podcast game, where when you are listening to something and need a distraction for you eyes and hands, you turn it on.
