Centuries of reckless consumption and overpopulation had brought the Earth's ecosystem to the brink of collapse. In desperation, governments of the world developed an interstellar Evacuation Program granting exit passes only to the most privileged segments of society. The poor and common were left behind to perish. Now centuries later, the "Chosen" have decided to return to Earth and assume control. good at times
When it is good it can be a lot of fun, but tedious at others. The cards add a great twist. I was super hyped for this one as a kid but ultimately it did not live up.

One of my favorites
I remember playing this game long ago, and then not being able to play this game due to hardware issues. Great theme, it is a nice C&C clone with the added feature of the game cards for various effects within the game. Will definitely be picking this one up from here soon as getting it to install from the old disc is a pain in the rear.

Mixed feelings bout this game
Well this game was going be for Nintendo 64 or the cd expansion but dropped so all we got is the good old pc ver on this and i have to say it can be ether fun or frustrating as most time your fighting your units to follow your commands, they most time just end up stopping in their tracks! This game is all about luck, and bit skill but if your luck is bad well you can end up with your whole base being destroyed just when the game starts lol
