We are searching for a Scrum Master for our web development teams in order to make gamers’ lives even better.

Responsibilities:

  • Enabling team self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Helping team in continuous delivery of high-value sprint increments.
  • Forecasting team velocity and guiding team in self-optimization.
  • Ensuring that goals and scope are clear for the team.
  • Building a strong understanding of the Scrum framework in the teams and the company.
  • Supporting the Product Owner on setting sprint goals, shaping product vision and building a clean product backlog.
  • Facilitating Scrum rituals.
  • Identifying and clearing the teams’ obstacles. -Monitoring and help improve team dynamics.
  • Motivating and glueing the team together.
  • Establishing an agile work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and incremental development.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, training, and mentoring.
  • Being a team player, experienced in giving useful feedback and growing others.
  • Ability to communicate assertively and freely with employees and clients at all organizational levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and solid self-organization.
  • Positive and constructive attitude.
  • Ability to easily communicate in English.

Pluses:

  • Experience with other Agile methods.
  • Experience in taking an active part in driving Agile transformation
  • Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices
  • Knowledge of technical engineering best practices, e.g., test-driven development, continuous integration, DevOps, etc.
  • Passion for gaming, game services, and online communities.
  • Experience in a similar position within e-commerce.
