Remove Already Fulfilled Wishes.
I don't think they should be removed, it's nice to see past progress.
Could the checkbox for fulfilled wishes be moved to the top right corner? Most people won't see it unless they look real hard and it will lead to more wishlist posts under the same vein being created, clogging up the place.

I'm glad to know someone likes my comment, that's cool.
Hey y'all... just SCROLL DOWN AND LOOK IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THE LIST! It's a checkbox, so they should mark this as complete, but have yet to.
"MOVE them to a completed list, DO NOT DELETE! it's good to see how far we have come."
->Absolutely right, fridgeband! And that people could look if they do not find a feature being included at first view.
MOVE them to a completed list, DO NOT DELETE! it's good to see how far we have come.
Now there is a checkbox to show/hide fullfilled wishes.
I've tried to think of ways to sort out the Community wish list, I think hiding entries as you vote (or choose not to vote) would really tidy things up. www.gog.com/wishlist/site/bring_the_community_wishlist_out_of_beta
Not deleting them!! First it's nice to know how many people requested certain games and second it's the only way to know which games are geoblocked.
Agrees...I already know ur trying to show competency and yes I already know U are..but yes..it would help stimulate reading through..
How about checkbox to hide fulfilled wishes instead?
Yeah, Not my completely deleting them but perhaps by storing fulfilled wishes in a separate folder/tab.
[disagree]
its niice to know whats already done! :) - but they could add a "hide completed" funktion!^^
What we could have is an option to also hide "in progress" wishes.
Not voting for this. The checkbox to "hide completed" is enough. It should be moved to somewhere more visible, tough.
And combine duplicate wishes, or let users flag the duplicates to get combined.
There is a checkbox to hide fullfilled wishes. So this is kinda "complete".
Tab, exclude from, or sort would be nice.
Many have mentioned the checkbox to hide fulfilled wishes, so I would say make it more visible by moving it up, maybe up top to the other side of "Most recently active wishes in..." or under the searchbox to the side.
Oh and I'm also for a tab that says "Fulfilled wishes".
Make them go into a new list or something for those that want to see what has been completed
Wow, back in 2012 two people said:
"I second disable vote when fulfilled, so people can still see where it's coming from, i really hated when piece of history is removed."
And
"Don't remove it just make a section for "fulfilled wishes""
Which is what I wanted to say, and still it hasn't been done!
You might like seeing the already fulfilled wishes, but they are bumped up, and removing space for feature-requests in progress.
They should be displayed in a separate list, and no more voting is required.
As it has already been stated multiple times: There is a checkbox. Use it.
Just mark them fulfilled (with filter option) and add to the top an explanation what has been done to fulfill the wish.
though be careful with it as maybe the wishes are for better versions
I am with SpellSword. If already fulfilled wishes are removed, it may be easy to put that wish in again, should one be looking for something and miss it for some reason. Check the box down there, much easier.
I don't think people's votes are limited. They can vote for fulfilled wishes *and* use more votes for other wishes. I'd rather see fulfilled wishes; it's a nice way to see how GOG has responded to the community.
I like seeing the wishes that have already been completed. ^_^
There is already a check box at the bottom right of the list of wishes that will hide the already completed wishes. -_^
It's easy to miss just keep scrolling down.
how about and checkbox to hide them instead?
Would be nice for everyone. Clean the list, clear the confusion, cut the work of all those going through all of it.
This should count as completed since you have the option to hide the completed wishes.
the filter is already there, maybe by default hide the already fulfilled wishes
erp..sorry for caps. hit by accident
THERE IS A CHECKBOX AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE TO HIDE FULFILLED WISHES
I second disable vote when fulfilled, so people can still see where it's coming from, i really hated when piece of history is removed.
To be clear, however, I do fully agree with Scani's suggested modification of the voting system for completed requests, as detailed in the comment directly below mine.
Yeah, I'd say Destro's solution below is excellent, and effectively completes this request. It's important that these completed requests STAY on the list, so that we have some historical perspective for what has been done, and as Destro suggests, people can continue to comment and discuss the request and its results. As for people who continue to vote on completed requests, well, they are perhaps being less than observant, but so what? If I could, I would vote this request down and ask others to do the same. In my opinion, this request is completed, and should be marked as such.
Disabling voting for fulfilled vishes should do the thing. Or you may give them separate voting system, that do not lift them to the top the list, something like "I approve this change"
Oops. I thought this was about individual user wishlists (Games on the site you want other people to buy for you). My bad.
Steam does this. I don't see why you guys can't do the same.
It is by design that we do not lock / remove completed wishes, so that the community can continue providing us feedback if needed. Still, if you do not want to see completed wishes, there is an option to hide them (just tick the checkbox at the bottom right of the games / site features wishlist page)
Locking or removing them would not be a good idea, since the community might not agree with the "completed" wish because it was implemented in a poor way. For example the way GoG shows updates to games only with numbers, so that you will have to find out for yourself what game was updated.
I don't think they should be removed, but IMO they should be locked instead (like threads on a forum).
i agree wit section for fulfilled wishes.
Do not remove. Dim it.
