My guess is... "completed" refers to the original version (not the remaster).

The original versions of the 3 telltale games have been removed in 2019: www.gog.com/forum/sam_and_max_series/removing_sam_max_series_from_our_catalogue

Then the remasters by Skunkape Games appeared.
Maybe The Devil's Playhouse Remaster will come a little later? It's still pretty new (it's on steam since aug 2024) and I don't know the release policy of Skunkape Games.
