Now that Telltale is supposedly operating under new ownership. Would it be possible to get these back? Would like to buy.

Looks like we get a new version of the first season, yay. We can also assume that the other 2 seasons will be relased as well and that the Windows 10 / Xbox360 gamepad bug has finally been fixed.

Would be nice if we also got a discount if we own the old version, but I don't think that's gonna happen.

edit: Speak of the devil ... it's currently on 50% discount, so the price is more than ok.
edit 2: The discount is only avaialable if you own the old version of the game as well.

weird how I seem to be the only one who doesn't have the discount applied for the new game (I do get it on steam, where I also own all the games)

I learned later that you get the discount only if you own the old version of the game on the same platform.

And since you own the old games on Steam but not on GOG, you get the discount on Steam.

However ... if you also owned the old version directly at Telltale, Skunkape games will give you a discount code for your preferred platform.

That is VERY sad. I wished I knew GOGs existance years ago. Then I could have brought the games right away.

With this thread on top, I thought Skuncape is closing for a moment. Then I saw the date. So much for bringing up such a dated topic. At least the first two seasons are available here again since the release of the remasters. The original versions are included. I have no idea, why they don't offer the third season on GOG as well. It is available on Steam and consoles.

I did manage to buy the whole third season on TellTale Games in 2010, though it's only a matter of time till those programs stop working (right now they do work.). That's why GOG is so great. They make sure old games continue to work, no matter how much time passes, or how new computer technology becomes. Those games will still work. I just wished I knew about this website in the early 2000s, then I would have brought those games here.
