Medal of Honor: Allied Assault War Chest

Definitely hasn't aged well

This game definitely hasn't aged well. If you are one of those who can still tolerate quick saving and quick loading after every 2 seconds then by all means play it. However, I doubt there are many people now who find this sort of method of playing games appealing. Even nostalgia can't save this game. It was definitely a good game in its time and I have some fond memories but revisiting it I find it extremely frustrating. The sniper mission where you have to find a tank crew and lead to a Tiger tank is definitely the worst mission. It's funny because back when I was a kid it used to be my favorite but now it has shown its age. The snipers are basically your average ten year old Call of Duty campers who camp with a sniper in large maps and shoot at you from a distance. Plus the tank crew has a crappy AI that dies if you don't take out the snipers which makes the mission even more frustrating. Spotting snipers is a pain and the screen jerk when you get hit is so frustrarting and completely unfair. Only the very first mission and the D-Day mission still haven't lost their edge. But the rest of the game completely feels and plays like crap now. Oh well, this was bound to happen anyway.
