I've played for 10+ hours now and managed 5 different hospitals with a single star (out of 3) at least. This tutorial is really helpful, after 3 hospitals you are free to use the sandbox though. I really enjoy the forgiving learning path (at least by now, seems to get more challenging from hospital to hospital). The animations look really funny, despite the medium hardware requirements (playable on a modern business laptop with on chip GPU). Unfortunately the GOG version lacks - MacOS Version - Cloud Save
