Just done with the first playthrough. Tactician difficulty, 165 hours. This is not a good game, this is one the best games of all time. I will not stop playing any time soon. There is only one complaint I have about this game, which is the camera. It's awful. Everything else is a work of art. This game has literally ruined every other game for me. A solemn vow to Larian Studios, thank you for this master piece.
If you want a good cyberpunk game with actually good gameplay and good story-telling, then go buy Deus Ex. This game is over-hyped garbage. They spend time trying to apease all the weird gender by adding dickgirls and what not, yet BAIS character customization is garbage, gameplay is garbage, game's buggy, NPC AI is 2000-ish, graphics are whatever, the story is weak, predictable and overall stupid, city a-life is hollow as hell as you can watch cars and people spawn and despawn in front of your very eyes. Sound is the only good thing about this garbage-ass, boring game. Next time instead of adding shemales and whatnot, try making a good game.
