I've played Tropico 3-6, and 4 is easily the peak. Most of them have their own pros (even 6 has buses, which can be fun), but 4 istomps in every category.
I did back this game in its Kickstarter campaign, but I never expected to play it. Old School games like this or Ultima have never been my cup of tea but this was amazingly straightforward to access and enjoy! Despite some typos, the writing is clear and full of character, well representing different personalities. Excited for the full game's release!
