A definite thumbs up. You can always argue if this or Doom is the better First Person Shooter. But what you shouldn't argue about is, of this game is worth a buy or not. Because it is.
Its a good Zelda clone and worth its price in my opinion. While it can't quite reach the same quality Nintendos Series is known for, Oceanhorn is enjoyable and well ported to the PC Platform. The difficulty is low and gameplay realtively simple. A game suited for kids and adults.
I played this back when it was released and it is one of my all time favorite adventures. Not many games combined a good but serious story with good puzzles. If you want a break from all those funny adventures and play something more dark this is your game.
I needed an arpg, that i could play with a gamepad, because too much mouse clicking causes wrist pain for me. So i decided to try Victor Vran and can say that i am very happy with the game. It is a bit more on the Action side of things. You can roll out of the way, jump and even wall jump. The story is interesting and the narrator quite funny at times. Would recommend for Action RPG players, who want to play with a gamepad for a chance.
