to thoes who remember1993 Myst was one of the first great games released on cd-rom it was hey let me show you what my new cdrom drive can do and it went viral and more addictive than crack to this day 20 some years later no one has surpassed what the Miller brothers created in a basement/garage ans still the number one selling game of all time its been ported to many platforms atari jaguar segacd and saturn playstation call me Biased but on 1-13-2010 i took a near fatal sischemic stroke on the right side of my brain lefing my left side paralyzed my occupational and speech therapists said its a great way to work onattention issues brought on by the stroke and got my insurance company to buy me a lenovo z565 laptop as therapy equipment.. mysts original problem was point and click on pre rendered backgrounds my parents bought me real Myst as a Xmas present when it came out as a novelty gift by a second note the rime age is a 8itch much like the selentic age but its a true classic not to be missed or overlooked i also recommend riven and Myst masterpiece edition
my friends and fellow gameres this is a rare gem before true video games arrived this required imgation and iq to play with some diabolical puzzles that induce migraines to this day my favorite two zork games are the coconut of quendor and the hilarious point and click rpg spoof grand inquisitor... if you have half a brain i recommend you spend the few dollars to play one of the best crpgs they are similar to mud's no flashy graphics just text kinda like a choose your own adventure like / style book but interactive....
